Work Order Details
The last option on the Work Order Summary page is a link for Work Order Details. This page provides access to additional information recorded on the work order. All data on the Work Order Details page is view-only.
The top of the page displays the work order target date and reason. If the labor report has been populated, it will also display.
If the asset tied to the work order has Special Instructions that are configured to display with the work order, these instructions display below the Labor Report.
Below this information are tabs that contain additional information. The tabs that display will depend on your organization's configuration, but may include:
-
Request Info: Information about the asset, requester, and general attributes (such as type, category, priority, target date / hours). The Asset ID shown will be hyper linked to the asset to which the work order is tied. This is an expedient way to access additional information about the asset.
The physical location at which the asset is located will be displayed at the bottom of the Asset section, if available. Selecting this option opens Google Maps in a new tab, focused on the location. Once the location is identified on the map, you can get directions to the location.
-
Activity: Work order activity that is recorded by Maintenance Connection or entered by a user. This can include state changes, assignments, downtime recorded, notifications sent, or notes created by a user.
-
Status History: All work order state changes and corresponding Date/Time stamps.
-
Problem and Procedure: Information about the problem identified and/or any procedure associated with the work order (typically only populated for Preventive Maintenance work orders).
-
Organizational Attributes: The organizational attributes tied to the work order, such as Repair Center, Shop, department, account, customer, and zone.
-
Custom Fields: If your system has been configured to display any custom work order fields, this tab is where you can view them.
