Dashboard

The Dashboard provides access to a special kind of report presentation that displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by your organization. The Dashboard is typically configured for your organization during the Maintenance Connection implementation process. During this process, our Professional Services team will help you define important KPIs to track, determine thresholds, and help you select your preferred graphic indicator. Users with permission to modify KPIs can also customize the thresholds and define a preferred format/graphic indicator.

The Dashboard must be accessed from within the MRO WorkCenter.

Make sure to verify the filter in effect when viewing KPIs. The filter is defined in the lower half of the menu on the left side of the page.

Access the Dashboard:

• Click the Dashboard button on the toolbar.

  The Dashboard opens. The Dashboard feature provides a quick glance of performance against key indicators, and allows you to filter the results and compare indicators between organization units.
